Cory Scott, DPT

Hello, I’m Dr. Cory Scott. I am a Physical Therapist and Owner of Primetime Physical Therapy. I am a native of the Ft. Walton Beach area and am proud to serve this spectacular community that continues to be my home. I graduated with a BS in Kinesiology from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2002 and later attended the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, in St. Augustine, FL where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2006. I began my professional career working in Jacksonville, FL. There I gained proficiency in working with neurological, sports injury and post-operative patients. Upon returning to the area, I worked as Lead Physical Therapist and Spine Health Program Director at Twin Cities Hospital Physical Therapy Clinic in Niceville, FL.

As a former Division 1 college athlete, I quickly realized my passion for providing hands-on care for various sports injuries, neuromuscular pain, vertigo/vestibular and orthopedic conditions. I’ve developed and continue to grow my practice by fusing a variety of manual therapy techniques, including osteopractic manipulation, dry needling, integrative myofascial release and functional movement. I am passionate about clinical instruction and enjoy providing mentorship from students to my most seasoned Physical Therapy staff. I believe in providing a family-oriented and professional atmosphere where team members and our patients can reach their fullest potential while having some fun!
